Providing Interin Executives to public and private sector organisations facing major organisational, technological and business development challenges

Built the public sector practice via direct sales and strategic partnerships with complementary service providers

Supporting major bid and tender activities in the Public sector.

Led and developed Boyden's embryonic Public Sector Practice. Managed all bids through S-Cat and OJEU processes and won Boyden's accreditation as an approved OGC SACS provider.

Voluntary role developing the 'brand awareness' of Interim Management in the UK and the IMA's role as its leading voice.

Led the commercial and pricing strategies for major bids for Interim Management, Training & Development and Outplacement tenders. Played a key role in successfully winning major contracts and framework bids with BY, Sainsbury's , OGC S-CAT, (Interim Management,T&D) and OGC Gateway Review Training. Also led projects to totally overhaul in-house processes, implement new Recruitment software, and achieve Investors in People accreditation.

Led a Venture Capital backed MBO out of the receivership of the JR Group plc, whose business was in garment handling, warehouse storage systems, and shop-fitting. Developed the business plan, single handedly secured VC funding from MTI Ventures, and led the business for 5 years through to exit.

Initially responsible for leading the ERP Programme design and implementation for Wellman Group subsidiaries in the USA ( 2 years) and West Yorkshire. I was the promoted to MD of this 3 site, precision engineering business with 185 staff.
