These have… Show more As a Certified General Appraiser I manage multiple deadlines with excellent organizational skill and problem solving ability to positively impact the experience of clients. I have effectively prioritized multiple assignments by utilizing project management skills to contribute and/or prepare several hundred appraisal reports involving most commercial property types. Recently, I have focused my practice on recreational-type property, primarily campgrounds and RV resorts. These have ranged from Ma’ & Pa’ level facilities to the finest motorcoach resorts from coast-to-coast. I am fully licensed in Ohio and Michigan, and have held temporary licensure in over a dozen states. I continue to embrace the opportunity to learn, adopt proper analytical skills, and appraisal techniques as related to market feasibility studies, supply and demand analyses, value development approaches, and the appraisal of existing and proposed real estate.
