As a trainer for ICCSP (International Customer Care Skills Passport), I have been accredited by the organization which is based in United Kingdom after undergoing a number of examinations and presentations which was included Conversational Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Care Service, Sales and Marketing. This programme also endorsed by the Commonwealth Telecommunication Organization. Duties & Responsibilities as an Asst.Manager -Soft Skills Training and Languages -at the TGKICT 2007 to date:Forming a division called "Soft Skills Training Division".Conceptualizing most suitable products for the division.Preparing conceptualized curricula to the division in collaboration with divisional colleagues.Preparing course books and relevant other materials including presentations for English, CCS and HRM in collaboration with divisional colleagues.Translating company documents when they are needed from English to sinhala and vise versa.Forming, stimulating and executing an exceptional English camp.Preparing tender documents and attending to other relevant functions of the tenders. PROJECTS AND ASSIGNMENTSLatest most successful project is English boot camp which was conducted in Hambantota in collaboration with Tharunyata Hetak, Vocational Training Authority and Resilience; Knobbed the coastal resources management project for approximately one year as a supervisor.My best assignment was the Distant Education Modernization project as a lecturer as well as coordinator for two years.Youth Rangers in Sri Lanka have been trained by me in soft skills and English.Training presidential security division for English as a company commitment. Training Sri Lankan teachers for International pedagogical ICT license (The very first training was done by me in Sri Lanka as the master facilitator).
