Dr. Upul Jayasinghe is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. Additionally, he serves as the Director of the Information Technology Center at the same university. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from LJMU, UK, and his M.Eng. from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, and B.Sc. Eng. from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.☑ Notable Achievements: ➥ Best Ph.D. Thesis, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Liverpool John Moores University, UK. ➥ Best M.Eng. Thesis (A.B.
