Introducing the Application Performance Management service provided by Arkadios using AppDynamics technologies.- Pre-sales presentations to clients and potential clients.- Management of controller installations of AppDynamics in On-Premise and SaaS approaches.- Configuration of AppDynamics agents (Java, PHP, Node.JS, .NET, database and EUEM).- Java consulting in several clients, resolving problems based on misconfigurations and/or random situations with enterprise applications running on WebSphere, Tomcat and WebLogic.- Java and Database tuning on several clusters of Tomcat server or standalone back-end processes, PostgreSQL & MySQL, based on information obtained by AppDynamics monitoring.

- Maintaining and supporting web applications for web portal MiPunto.com; fixing incidents and root causes in all its e-shops and sections, until its shutting down in August 2014.- Integration of e-shops with payment gateways based on SOAP, including the portal MiMovistar.- Scrum Masters coordinator with an external software factory which works with SCRUM.

I worked with MyEclipse, Java EE, Solaris, WebLogic and Oracle.- I developed the integration between Movistar SMS platform and an online payment gateway for personal insurance policies from Seguros Venezuela. I worked with Java, SMPP and SOAP protocols.
