- I coordinated the public affairs practice where we provided strategic planning to the private sector companies regarding issues of regulatory frameworks, advocacy, reputational management and monitoring the impact of public policies in their scope of work.- I was responsible for a group of accounts with a total annual fee of over USD 300.000 where I led and provided strategic planning and counseling regarding on planning policies, regulatory and legislative frameworks on public policies of agriculture, housing, regional development, technology, innovation, infrastructure, trade and health.

- I advised, researched, and assessed the execution of the city’s public policies for the Bogotá Como Vamos Program for the development of the “Bogotá Quality of Life Report 2014,” referring to the sectors of Education, Security, Environment, Public Services, Culture, and Public Space.- I coordinated the development of other report sections with teams allied to the Program from Universidad de los Andes and the Universidad Javeriana, responsible for Mobility, Housing, Health, and Public Finance subjects.- I formulated 100 recommendations addressed to the candidates for the Bogota Mayor’s Office and their work teams as part of the report’s results. These also served the program in formulating part of its recommendations for the 2015 City Development Plan.

- I was responsible for coordinating, researching, and following up on infrastructure projects and transportation policies, including the First Metro Line, streetcars, mobility PPP projects, and the implementation of the Integrated Public Transportation System of Bogotá.- I led the followed up on the implementation of the urban planning policies of Bogota’s development plan (2012-2015) and the revision of the city’s Master Plan.

- I advised the project manager on public and urban planning policies vital to the development of the First Metro Line. These included revising the city’s Land Use Plan and the designation of financial resources in the city’s budget to implement the project.- I developed and coordinated the preparation of official project and public policy documents with multidisciplinary teams from different teams and agencies of Bogotá’s Government (i.e., Conpes 3677).- I designed and implemented policy forecasting and advocacy strategies with stakeholders for the project, such as the Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Finance, the National Department of Planning (DNP), the Congress of the Republic, Bogotá’s City Council, and urban research centers and academia.
