Third; Urban Survivor Group can evaluate your employees Disaster Survival Training and determine in what areas additional training may be beneficial. Your employees may need training on how to react when real disasters occur in the workplace, how to survive when traveling or when in an environment they might be unfamiliar with, and educate them on how that training may be beneficial when used in their home environment. Finally, Urban Survival Group can help you determine which employees will be better suited for Leadership Positions should disasters occur, help to keep and maintain others focused on their survival training, and how to remain calm and to prevent panic in those that they lead.
