As Product Manager I was invested in two main areas of business development; internal technological capabilities, and external product partnerships. As delivery and development manager at Norway's largest telecom operator my responsibilities were to secure the development of my teams and collaboration across continents, and the delivery of a complex and next generation self-service solution for the clients business customers. The existing self-service solution was redesigned from scratch with user experience at the center. This has resulted in an unparalleled user experience enabling the end user full control of their telecom portfolio. Building a next generation self-service solution for business customers requires an agile project organization with continuous focus on improvement of quality, methodologies, processes, and technical approaches.

At the Norwegian School of IT, now known as Westerdals ACT, I taught undergraduate and graduate courses in ERP, CRM and Business Intelligence. As Beijing Delivery Lead I was responsible for securing the development of 3D-assets in Beijing for "the Secret World"-project. Optimizing the communications and verification processes improved the development time and tighten the cooperation between the Oslo and Beijing offices.I obtained offshoring experience, as well as cross-continent process development skills.

Securing the continuous development of Age of Conan project involved close communications with QA, operations and production. The primary objective was to ensure that the priority development was developed, tested and released in a timely fashion.I gained valuable management experience coordinating several hundred employees on a multi-million dollar project with over 700.000 users.
