Drilling Engineer for Gulf San Jorge Basin.Main Responsibilities:1.- Conducted Drilling and Completions programs.2.- Prepare and follow-up AFES's3.- Follow up Drilling Operations, Cost-Time Control.4.- Drilling Optimizations and new technologies.5.- Pre Tendering and Tendering process support.In this period drilled 2 wells cuting Drilling Times in 20% (from average) using new Drill Bit technologies and optimizing Drilling Fluids. Conducted Annual Drilling Budget with Development-Appraisal-Exploration wells.

1.- Supported Drilling Operations worldwide for Tecpetrol assets. Evaluated technologies to solve operational problems, such as, Mexico: Ballooning, loss circulation, populated MPD system. Colombia: Agitator to improve weight transfer to bit in horizontal wells. Argentina: Casing Drilling for Tordillo field. Most of these projects successfully solved problems and cut at least 10% of well construction cost.2.- Data Analytics helped cut time and cost in unconventional development in Vaca Muerta (Fortin de Piedra field). Control room making analysis from real time drilling parameters in order to make recommendations to rigs. Cut drilling times 10 days in unconventional horizontal wells 1900 m lateral lengths.3.- Supported the Drilling side for new projects for Tecpetrol: Gas Storage projects technical feasibility, Made well design and strategy (verticals-horizontals) for this UGS project in Centro-Oeste assets. Wells will be drilled in ultra-depleted formations. Made risk evaluation and a complete plan to mitigate these risks. Prepared time and cost evaluation. Project is ready to execution. Horizontal Wells in Mexico to revitalize mature fields completed an evaluation for infill well placement and trajectory design for these wells. Engineered a Well design and Time and Cost evaluation. Project is ready to execution.4.- Evaluated new fields for joint ventures-new acquisition in unconventional resources. Reviewed several blocks in Vaca Muerta (10 blocks)/Agrio play in Argentina and Pimienta play in North Mexico, designing wells for each business case, describing main operational problems and technologies to use and estimating Time-Cost and Rig schedule to develop these fields.5.- Supported of Tecpetrol Joint Ventures: Followed operations of Camisea projects in Peru , and Ipati-Aquio project in Bolivia (Total-Gazprom-Tecpetrol). Take part of OCM/TCM meeting for these projects.

Managed Colombian Drilling Campaign for Tecpetrol in Llanos Orientales Basin 2016-2018. Exploration and development wells, all of them were Horizontals with Geo-placement. In this position:1.- Organize Drilling department, involved in bidding strategy. Contractor’s selection (drilling company and well services). Human talent selection. Cut 30% well cost vs. previous activity in Colombia drilling soft sands with inclined oil-water contact, drilling at top (+/- 5 ft from the top) in order to keep far from water and enlarge well life production.2.- Worked in multidisciplinary team. Following drilling operations with Reservoirs/Geologist in geonavigation strategy. 100% successful well placement. 2 Exploration wells with Pilot in 2D seismic discovering new fields (La Pluma-Pendare Norte). These two new fields added +/- 30 MMBLS oil in reserves.3.- Successful operation. Drilled 12 horizontals well with no major’s operational problems. Dropped well construction times from 23 days to 12 days saving cost and improving revenues.

Senior Engineer at Corporate Drilling Department in Buenos Aires, Argentine. Supporting worldwide operations for Tecpetrol assets, in this position:1. - Applied technologies in order to mitigate operational problems in Tecpetrol Assets worldwide, some examples: Casing Drilling in Alto de Yariguarenda-2 in North Basin in Argentina successfully solves loss circulation problems in superficial stage in these wells. Well Shuttle in Santa Anita field in North Mexico to run logs in open holes in wells with gas kicks and loss circulation and Alto de Yariguarenda-2 ruining well logs in horizontal branch successfully. Test MPD system in Arcabuz field in North Mexico in order to mitigate loss-gain circulation drilling near balance. Very successful project, cutting +/- 10% well cost. Foam fluids to solve loss circulation problems in superficial stage and Casing Drilling in Loma Ranqueles.x-2 in Vaca Muerta play in Neuquén. Very successful project saving 30% in cost and 20% in well construction time respect offsets wells.2. - Research with Texas A&M Drilling school about Casing Collapse in Ann Mag field in South Texas. Analyzed with TAMU and wrote some recommendations in order to mitigate these problems in the field. With this study Tecpetrol design a new production strategy for this field to minimize the numbers of well collapsed.3. - Evaluated new fields for joint ventures-new acquisition in conventional and unconventional resources. Focused in Vaca Muerta Play in Argentina Tecpetrol bought Loma Ranqueles, Loma Ancha, Los Toldos I, Los Toldos II, Medanito fields. Microfractures in Quintuco and abnormal pressure in Vaca Muerta Formation, Evaluated new fields in Mexico (South: Otate-Sanchez Magallanes-Santuario-El Golpe; Chicontepec: Soledad, Humapa, Pitepect; North: Arenque, Algodonero, Torno). Colombia (Garzas-La Rompida), Equator Tecpetrol signed Joint Ventures with Schlumberger (Libertador-Sushufindi).

Drilling/Completions Engineering Leader for Tecpetrol Mexico (Burgos Basin-North Mexico) in complex geological zones, Tight Gas, High Pressure wells. Writting Drilling and Completions programs and recomendations, preparing AFE's and Controlling Tecpetrol's Drilling in North Mexico (Chicontepec basin inclusive). Lead Drilling enginering team for Tecpetrol in Mexico.

Design and Planning Engineer in Lake Maracaibo Blocks for a variety of Wells HP/HT, Directional, Horizontal, High Permeability and depleted zones, worked in the deepest Lake Maracaibo Wells in Ceuta Field all in PDVSA. One year working with Geomechanic Team in West Venezuela for PDVSA performing stability studies for horizontal Wells, estimating pore and fract pressures for non conventional drilling projects.

Field Engineer in Wells West Venezuela for Maraven SA working in wells from 10000 a 15000 feets in high permeability zones and depleted zones, shallow wells in West Basin, also experience in deep wells 15000 a 19000 feets in Lake Maracaibo HP/HT wells. Field Operations in heavy oils shallow wells in Costa Bolivar Field ( Sand Control/gravel pack operations).
