As a Data Support Associate for the Set Up team, I am responsible for contacting third party vendors to request, obtain, and set up inventory data for dealerships. I am also often tasked with providing support and resolving data-related issues, ranging from missing inventory units, incorrect or missing pricing and incentive data, to poorly processed image data. I am responsible for ensuring that clients' inventory setups are in compliance with OEM guidelines and that any data-related issues are promptly resolved to avoid any potential disruptions or negative impacts on the client's business. This involves regular communication with clients and team members to identify and address any concerns, as well as proactively monitoring of data feeds and systems to detect and mitigate any issues that may arise.

As a student teacher, I took on several important responsibilities to support the professor in delivering effective instruction and creating a positive learning environment. In addition, I assisted with administrative tasks such as maintaining records of attendance, creating collaborative documents, and writing lecture progress notes. I was also tasked with resizing and converting the documented files into the appropriate file types. I was also responsible for keeping the documented data up organized in a spreadsheet according to date and locations. This ensured that the documents were easily accessible and searchable as needed.
