I am a dually-qualified (Israel and New York) attorney based in Tel Aviv, and formerly based in Shanghai. I mainly practice technology-related commercial law, dealing in areas such as SaaS and software license agreements, commercial aspects of generative AI, preparing and advising on customer and internal-facing policies, privacy and data protection as well as matters of corporate law pertaining to startups and their equity financings.
