I am a highly motivated mathematics graduate from Northeastern University. In addition to my bachelor of science in mathematics, I also have a minor in electrical engineering. I take a lot of pride in my problem solving and analytical skills, and am always open to learning new things. After a year of working in the financial industry, I have decided that I would like to transition into a more technical field where I can better utilize my mathematics and engineering background. I am originally from South Africa, but I have lived in many different places and would be open to relocating for work. As a Performance Associate at NEPC, LLC, I provide data analysis and reporting for ten investment portfolios within the endowments and foundations sector. I collaborate directly with clients and consultants to deliver timely and accurate information and insights on current and historical investment performance, using various software tools and platforms. I also assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for client meetings and reviews.Throughout my time at Northeastern University, I completed one co-op in the electrical and systems engineering group at Jacobs Engineering, and completed a second co-op at John Hancock, working in one of the many actuarial teams. I also gained experience working on engineering group projects through my courses, as well as math modeling through my capstone project. Additionally, I was very involved within the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta, where I was the recording secretary for the Nu Eta chapter and led several different committees during my time as an undergraduate brother.
