Planning & control-ERP implementation & MRP reports.Material planning & recommendations for our purchasing department. Follow-up on all Purchase orders budgets from the moment of receiving. Updating and adapting with our accounting group daily.Sale orders-Logging in and maintaining customer’s sales orders to our database. Opening Sales Orders in Priority ERP system , , planning production if needed , send order confirmation to the customer or account sale manager with the estimate due date that the order will supply , managing all changes in sale order.Warehouse management-Managing & control all the transaction in warehouse, loans, vendors & subcontractors, receiving goods to the customer payment, inventory count once in a quarter. Analyze the entire inventory once in half year & give recommendation for items that removed from the BOM & no longer used. Utilization of inventory for products by updates, revisions & follow up. NPI Production -Planning all the NPI production according to the R&D demands, running simulations , report of all my recommendation the purchasing department for orders, follow up on all orders with the purchasing manager by arrival date, planning the subcontractor time line & supply goods to the R&D per demand. RMA-Follow up on all RMA’s from customers per our customer support team and act according to customer support request in the RMA ticket. Forecasting-Gathering all the forecasts from sales & R&D department, planning all the material according to the shortages, send forecast template to subcontractor AL for production planning. Full Turn Key process-Full Responsible all Winetworks Turn Key process.Open requisitions for Full TKY production & responsible until goods received.Managing all debt with AL subcontractor via excel file, meeting once a month & review all open issues.
