As a hands-on delivery engineering manager, my main focus is on defining, implementing, and promoting the use of modern delivery engineering toolchains. Key contributions:• Coordinated the adoption of a git repository to effectively track and manage the status of over 1,000 microservices across 50 Kubernetes clusters. Assumed leadership role in providing team training and developing internal tools to support the adoption process.• Led the transition to GitOps-based workflows using ArgoCd.• Migrated around 100 build pipelines to support true continuous-deployment functionality, by leveraging Terraform and custom tooling.• Advocating for a DevOps culture, empowering engineers to assume ownership of deployments across all environments, as opposed to relying on a dedicated OPS team.• Participating in production deployments.• Managing a team of 2 engineers.
