Additionally, after analyzing that data, I would add a graphic or chart to a Word document and write a narrative explaining the graphic or chart to the stakeholder in an understandable way.- I worked with and gathered labor force, demographic, and real estate data from various sources such as Lightcast Labor Analytics, US Census Bureau, Esri Business Analyst GIS Data, Data Tactical Group, among others. - I analyzed and organized thousands of survey responses from community outreach surveys that were vital to the economic study processes.- Projects I worked on were a housing crisis analysis for Ketchikan, Alaska, a housing crisis analysis for San Juan County in Utah, a community development and real estate development project for Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a few projects aimed at helping Native American tribes in Washington, California, and Idaho develop their local economies, a real-estate and community development project for Montrose, Colorado, and a food hall concept project for Jerome, Idaho.- I also utilized my organizational skills to help create more efficient processes for the business, for example creating a housing study outline.- I also used my interpersonal communication skills and experience in the service industry to take on tasks that required me to cold call businesses, government officials, and data experts to share or gather information about data, products and business development projects.- I worked from home and the office, but most communication with my team was done on Slack, Zoom, and Monday morning summary meetings where we would discuss progress on projects, business development, and outline tasks for the week.

This job was my workout for the day.- Quickly moved up the ranks and was promoted to bartending in September. Memorized menus prices and cocktail recipes for a full bar that has over 200 types of whiskey and scotch.- Worked shifts that ranged from 3pm-midnight and 5pm to 2am

I've had up to 14 different tables open at a time.
