Uriah is an accomplished teacher and public speaker. He has taught numerous classes and seminars on process safety topics at a variety of venues including, but not limited to: The IIAR and RETA National Conferences, local Chemical Safety Days, and the California CUPA Conference. In 2023 Uriah received the "Award for Presentation Excellence" at the IIAR National Conference for his paper: "The Cost of Non-Compliance: An Objective Analysis of Federal EPA’s Enforcement at Ammonia Refrigeration Facilities."

Uriah Donaldson is a Senior Process Safety Consultant and Account Manager at Resource Compliance. He has extensive knowledge of process safety regulations, compliance audits, PHAs, and specializes in helping facilities implement complex regulations in common-sense ways. Uriah graduated from California State University Fresno and holds certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (OHST), the Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association (CARO), and the California Specialized Training Institute (Hazwoper FRO).

Before Resource Compliance branched off in 2013, I worked as the primary PSM Coordinator with CalCA. These were the early of days of innovation in PSM consulting where we worked to help ammonia refrigeration facilities implement their PSM programs at a much higher level with greater efficiency and engagement. The Resource Compliance software "PSMWriter" was our tool which allowed us to manage multiple client programs from the Cloud and streamlined the inspection process for local CUPA regulators in California.
