Shifting my focus to a fast paced Medical startup, seeking to improve healthcare by simplifying compliance for all medical institutions to help medical professionals focus on their patients and care. Revamped their overall branding and currently working on the future of enterprise medical compliance software.

Crafted dynamic user experiences for Dell and Alienware, creating responsive frameworks for both the Enterprise and Consumer sides of the business. My designs directly influence over 300 applications and are flexible to work across platforms, devices, and cultures as they are localized to over 30 languages spanning the globe. Leading a team of dedicated professionals I have worked diligently to standardize our processes and workflows, and through solid user- testing have increased the visual appeal of our applications by more than 225%.

Deciding to start my own agency, I helped to conceive and create a range of brands including Grinds, Hip-Hop.com, Beauty Groupie and Life Doesn’t Suck. I also art directed projects for major clients such as Capital One, gWallet, eHarmony and Liquid Plumbr which include websites, applications, facebook contests, brand decks and identity creation.

Fast-paced design firm specializing in corporate identity, packaging and website design. Projects included all client relations from conception to completion. Responsibilities varied on an individual project basis.

Workload included packaging design, t-shirts, posters, hat, sell-sheets and miscellaneous signage. Responsible for production work of applying new assets across a wide-array of projects while keeping the aesthetics of corporate branding.

Designed and prepared files through a heavy-workload in-house design department. Created individual templates to streamline workflow.

Augmented designs and applied them to three-dimensional applications within the retail industry. Organized design concepts and compiled them into highly-detailed packages for vendor bidding and client approvals.

Responsibilities included the design, illustration and implementation of projects for the retail industry. Designed all aspects for our clients including logos, packaging, store-front and interior graphics.

While working at Solomon Software the company was acquired by Great Plains, who was in turn acquired by Microsoft. This resulted in 6 complete corporate branding transitions. My responsibilities included the creation of Identity & Style Guidelines, packaging, Power Point presentations and magazine advertisements.
