Regional accountable for Siemens Global deal, managing the GAIN (Global Agreement Infrastructure) Project which consists in changing the global approach of Infrastructure and IT Services provided by ATOS for Mesoamerica (5 countries; México, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Republica Dominicana). - Accountable for the infrastructure implementation in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Dominicana (Siemens Sites).- Creating and managing the Project Plan, costs estimations and the budget management.- Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators.- Providing monthly financial and technical updates of any known issues/risks to Senior Manager.
