Build Strategy to acquire Telecommunications services• Write a State Of the Art on the strategy used by Multi-National Companies to address the market • Conduct several interviews with Adecco‘s managers to collect the existing perimeter • Build a blueprint of the existing telecoms services (maturity, technology, costs, provider) • Conduct several workshops to define the most suitable strategy for Adecco • Write a request for proposal for acquiring Wide Area Network services (WAN)

Lead an Opportunity study for migrating from legacy telephony toward an IP telephony solution • Presentation of the available IP telephony solutions on the market (state of the art) • Conduct interviews to collect the existing perimeter (architecture, cost, run and build organization) • Organize workshops to define possible migration scenarios and validate the hypothesis • Design what-if scenarios which evaluate the financial impacts of a migration toward IP telephony • Present the what-if scenario results to the board in charge of financing new projects
