My deep interest on the internal analysis of entities and their relationship with environmental forces was my main motivation to become a consultant and advisor to companies. My passion has been focused on the design, construction and test of business processes and projects. I am always excited to continuously improve these projects and see them grow and strengthen. To achieve this, I firmly believe that organization, systematization, strategic thinking and, above all, the development of a highly talented work team that you can delegate and see them grow are necessary.I love being in constant movement and out of my comfort zone, everything involved in entrepreneurship enthusiasm me, I´m always learning new things and giving the best in everything I do.After many years in the consulting company Latin American Capital, a firm focused on continuously innovating and breaking paradigms, I have worked with a great variety of clients from small to large cap firms, throughout those years I developed a deep commitment to always generate value to customers and satisfy their needs in the best way. I have worked specifically in the areas of organization and operation improvement, organizational diagnostics, promotion and sales strategies as well as market intelligence and environmental analysis.In addition to Latin American Capital, I currently lead the operations at Management Outsourcing Services MOS, a BPO company oriented to serve a wide range of industries in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia. Since the beginning, we have designed MOS with a lot of passion and taking extreme care to ensure that all those mentioned skills and overall experience in the consulting industry are present in our services in order to offer a unique approach toward our clients.
