Software Developer. Collaborated to make customizations targeting our client-server platform products, used by our CRM, Retail and other internal frameworks, primarily using .NET, VB6, VC++ and SQL-Server. -Made enhancements and performed maintenance tasks to several software modules using Team Foundation Server, Visual Source Safe, C#, VB6, Visual C++, PowerShell, SQLServer, Oracle and Reporting Services.-Actively collaborated along with several Development and QA departments to cover different software requirements for final customers.-Worked along with banking transaction processors providers using VB6 and VB.NET to fulfil an important software update delivery.Worked along with external card processing providers, to troubleshoot integration issues between pre-existing software modules and hardware devices such as pin-pads, magnetic card readers and scanners, etc. to enhance business’ operations flows using VB.NET and Visual C++.

Software Developer/Project Lead. Participated in developing this new version of this project software for a renowned bottler company, to support multi-language characteristics using Microsoft C#, Microsoft Forefront, Windows Server, Team Foundation Server, SketchFlow and SQL-Server. -Designing and implementing this application prototype to show to our final customer the project’s core functionality and capabilities that the software would eventually have, using Microsoft SketchFlow.-Coordinating workgroups in these major stages of the project -analysis, design, implementation and testing of the whole project. -Programming the software modules using C# and Windows Communication Foundation.-Testing the software behind a proxy server using Microsoft Forefront.-Delivering the project to the final customer.-Giving technical support to the end-user.-Creation of documentation for the project.Software Analyst. I teamed up to develop an online-store website and accept credit-card processing features, using on the projects the Joomla! platform with PHP and MySQL. -Responsible on projects transition between the departments of graphic design and software integration.-Responsible on the graphic design implementation into the enterprise websites.-Software modules development/maintenance activities under such platform.-I directly participated on hosting/domains purchasing, transferring, renewals activities with American providers.-Made recommendations about candidate’s profiles to fit new projects requirements.Results/Accomplishments: Final customers were engaged on major selling opportunities as they were able to receive selling requests in more than 5000 percent than before on a daily basis, not to mention that they were also given a more rich web content and a better corporate image to put on the market.

I teamed up to develop software systems under Windows/web environments to improve critical processes mainly for production programming, warehouse/inventory departments. -I was responsible on the design, implementation, maintenance and documentation stages for such projects, under Microsoft .NET platform. -I gave end-user technical support, including training, Office software, hardware and networking issues/problem-solving assistance. -Participated in evaluating and implementing back-end alternative software technologies. -I developed diverse software modules, worksheet automation (using VBA) and an AJAX website with the solely purpose of automating several minor tasks. Results/Accomplishments: I participated in developing and maintaining complex software systems for the PVC profile production, end product warehouse and quality-Assurance departments; the main task was to exchange critical information among them to give feedback to the department’s final customers. I successfully created multithreaded-desktop applications which replaced existing manual processes increasing productivity (41% in average), speed and reaching significant information accurateness levels. The projects were ranked and positioned on second place in competition with other set of engineering projects among departments -as a part of this program implemented in the factory. The implemented software systems are client-centered.
