During my time at Trapp Technology, I worked alongside the Director of HR assisting with all Human Resources functions including recruitment, cultural development, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll. Was also assigned the title "Intern Ambassador" serving as the go-to person for the 5 other summer interns and organizing team building activities. Later transitioned into the Project Management team assisting with IT auditing.

My role at ASU consisted of taking calls about Arizona State University and providing with general information regarding course work, finances, tech support, and events related to the university. Our goal was to create a better environment for the university and providing 24/7 support to help retain and recruit students. I assisted 30+ students per day. Later transitioned to a Classroom/IT Support specialist assisting faculty and staff with classroom troubleshooting issues.

As a part of a three intern team assisting Televerde's HR Department, we helped develop a new and improved career development/training program. At the end of the internship, the intern group and I had to present our idea and explain the possible benefits and outcomes of our proposed plan to HR and leadership.

My role within the Talent Acquisition team at Govig was assisting with the internal hiring and recruitment process. I was responsible for updating our internal database, screening resumes, conducting over the phone interviews, and assisting with the overall onboarding process.

As my very first job, McDonald's taught me time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills. I assisted 30-80 customers per day in all areas of the restaurant from drive through to cashier. Near the end of my time at McDonalds, I began training to be a shift manager and gained leadership skills as well as my introduction to accounting.
