Mika Marketing main business is being an authorized dealer of Pelephone (Israeli Cellular Service Provider), utilizing "telemeeting" call centers and an array of field sales agents. Albash invested in Mika Marketing on July 2010 with the purpose of significantly improving its results (as the potential seems at the time much higher than the achieved performance). In less than 12 months, sales grew by ~350%, manpower grew from ~25 employees to ~80 employees. The added value Albash provided to Mika was fitting the company's strategy to the relevant business environment and the (then) upcoming changes in the Israeli cellular market regulations, along with applying and enforcing new procedures in several fields (HR, Finance, Operations and Sales). Mika Marketing was the largest Pelephone authorized dealer based on "in house" sales force, and overall it is the second largest authorized Pelephone dealer specializing in field sales (where the sales agents reach the end customer at home or business).Mika Marketing was also working on expending its business to other fields.
