LuGo provides a unique online candidate testing service (on top of SalesForce.com). I am in charge of developing the cloud-based service which includes:- Development of Quesitons-Bank.com, an expert platform where experts from around the world write and review interview questions on all types of technology. The platform is developed in Java ,Spring, Adobe Flex, AngularJS,JavaScript and HTML5, on the Google App Engine cloud. - Development of candidate testing service on the SalesForce.com platform using Apex and VisualForce, and integrating it with our own Questions-Bank.com expert platform using OAuth2 and REST APIs- Development of Codelect.net, another candidate testing service, also on Google App Engine. To develop this service I used Java, Spring, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5 and several other technologies.- Development of a “code checker” web application using PHP. The app executes the candidate’s code, reviews it and gives it a score based on the quality of the code.

Co-Founder & Cto

vSapphire brings simple, effective cloud automation and orchestration to IT infrastructure and virtualization administrators. I was in charge of architecting and developing the core engine, which was built via JEE, Spring and JBOSS Drools. Our core product was designed to provide policy-driven automation along with an adaptable self-service portal (written in AngularJS, JavaScript and HTML5) and a rapid provisioning engine that required absolutely zero coding.

Comability delivered a subscriber and services platform as a stateless policy solution for telecommunication carriers and service provider networks. I was in-charge of building and managing a development team of 15 developers. We built the core product, neXus, using classic JEE architecture, with the following characteristics:  Dynamic detection of Cisco network components such as Edge Router/CNR/RADIUS Servers/PCube via various protocols such as RADIUS/DIAMETER/SNMP/SSH. Developing a policy server using JBOSS Drools Developing a RADIUS server for billing purposes Support millions of subscribers while assisting Oracle Partitions/RAC solutionsDuring my time with the company, I met with tier1 operators in Europe, and implemented working methodologies, such as SCRUM, for the proper delivery of carrier grade products.

Head Of J2Ee R&D

Rosh Ha'Ayin, Il

TTI-Telecom Ltd. is a Nasdaq company in the OSS field.I was the manager of the J2EE department with its 3 development teams (4–5 people in each) which were responsible for 4 products.  WebFam – a fault-detection product that provides operators (such as BellSouth) with a full-blown solution for managing malfunctions in their various communication devices via real-time alerts. The product architecture used J2EE (BEA WebLogic) which interacts with the SNMP layer and updates constantly. The Web UI was written in DHTML and Struts. The product succeeded in withstanding a stress test of 60 alarms per second.  GIS Maps – The product interacts with several systems in-order to display topographic data along with fault data in the form of an interactive map. We used Bea application server plus MapXStreme third party of MapInfo to build this product. This product also used DHTML and Struts for its impressive Web UI.  TG – this product is designed to define thresholds in communication performance data and thereby give operators greater control over their devices. NIM – this product saves integration time by enabling the import and export of performance data.I delivered all these developments, from design phase to GA. Beyond that, I monitored my team leaders work plans, and worked with other departments such as QA, Product Management, and Projects.

The Marker – Israel’s biggest financial portal, exposed to tens of thousands of impressions per day. As head of R&D I led development on a wide variety of application servers such as JBoss, OC4J and with open source products such as Apache, Open JMS, and Struts for the MVC layer.Among the products I led was a stock trend alerts, which supports more than 10,000 users concurrently – for this product I used JMS – (open JMS) & OC4J – oracle application server. Apart from that I led the development of data syndication in a distributed environment between multiple databases on different operating systems including Paradox- legacy systems, Oracle, Sybase, and more. My group was also engage in online server–client streaming products via Struts and JBoss. As a head of R&D, I was in-charge of all design documents as well as guiding my team leaders through the life cycle of their product, and tracking their work plans. My work in The Marker included technology encounters with the representatives of leading financial institutions including Bank Hapoalim, HSBC, Reuters, and more.

J2Ee Team Leader

Herziliyah, Central, Il

GigaSpaces Technologies – a successful startup with 20 employees. The company’s flagship product is a distributed shared memory (DSM – a commercial implementation of JavaSpace, Sun Microsystems standard for sharing data in “Jini” – dynamic networks). The product is intended for developers who wish to share data between their distributed application/services.I was the acting leader of a team of 3 developers who played integral part in writing the core engine of the DSM base on java core technologies. I took an active role from the engine-design phase to the development and the delivery of the GA. After the engine was GA, we worked on the engine plugin layer (to remotely access the engine) which combined multiple cutting-edge technologies such as Soap, Web Services, and XML-RPC UDDI. During my last year with the company, my team played a major role in delivering clustering capabilities to the product. We reused Java Groups technology as a basic peer-to-peer group communication. All this was to avoid SPF (single point of failure)
