- Provide front-line support to TRECCERT end clients on the certification process, including the application procedure and supporting document requirements.- Develop, document, and update policies, procedures, and forms related to certification management.- Inform end clients about the requirements of a particular certification program and the certification process.- Ensure that certification applications and supporting documents are in place and comply with the TRECCERT certification requirements (as applicable).- Suspend certification(s) of end-clients who have failed to comply with TRECCERT certification requirements and obligations- Ensure day-to-day management of the TRECCERT certification database to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.- Ensure the accuracy of the information for all certification programs’ related materials and document the information by sharing it on the TRECCERT website and social media platforms.- Maintain continuous up-to-date knowledge of TRECCERT certification requirements for accredited and non-accredited programs and ensure that internal processes and documents adhere to these changes- Delegate certification-related feedback from TRECCERT end-clients to the pertinent departments.
