SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA is a product created for enterprise customers who want to develop applications on SAP HANA.I focused on enterprise customers who managed massive amounts of data and required real time analytics for their business reports. With this in mind, I ensured that the solution provided to the customers would help them gather insights from their data with advanced graphical tools and state-of-the-art usability.• Define the product vision and roadmap for SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA based on the company’s strategy and market need. I owned the data warehouse and analytics business flow in the developer experience group at SAP.• Gain deep understanding of the customer experience, identify gaps and requirements, manage ongoing customer engagements on long-term projects.• Collaborate with the field organization to bring the product to market with written assets, videos, lectures and training activities.• Define and prioritize customer requirements and provide clear, executable backlog items to the development organization.• Define test plans, for automation tests, unit tests, API test and component validation to make sure we deliver a high quality product.

SAP Web IDE is the recommended web-based development tool for SAP Cloud Platform.I was part of this project from its inception, taking part in the initial planning and design activities. One of my first missions was to provide a scaffolding framework and to define the New Project templates, which were the main features in the product since it provided users with the ability to create projects quickly using SAP Fiori best-practices.I later concentrated on more specific features within the tool such as Git integration and providing best-of-breed Search functionality.• Work closely with two development team to deliver maximum value to SAP Web IDE customers.• Prioritize, define, write and manage the delivery of new product features.• Manage the backlog of two development teams.• Lead the planning activities for two development teams on sprint, quarter and annual basis.

This tool helped customers to quickly create mobile applications that integrate with and consume business services provided by SAP systems.Users were able to create iOS and Android applications that could then be customized for their specific needs.

As a member of IPM Studio team I worked on a complex rich client WinForms application. Among other tasks I’ve designed UI components, used data binding in forms, implemented designed patterns (MVC, Singleton, etc.), and communicated with Java based server using SOAP and Web Services.

As a Solutions Developer in the Professional Services division, I focused on writing custom software that extended the functionality of the core line of products provided by Blackbaud.

My main job as a Customizations Developer was to extend the functionality of SRO and integrate it to 3rd party applications such as The Raiser’s Edge (fundraising), Great Plains (accounting) and PC Charge (credit card processing).

As a developer for Toptix I was part of the core SRO product team. I took part in writing some of the main application modules (CRM, System Admin, Reports), wrote UI elements, business objects and SQL Server stored procedures. I also designed reports using Crystal Reports.
