Responsible for the end to end recruitment process which involves consulting with line managers to define job requirements, preparation and placing of job advertisements, identification of appropriate recruiting channels, management of applications including pre-selection (as well as diagnostic assessments). I conduct job interviews in both Swedish and English. I also cooperate with head hunters and use modern recruiting channels as well as social media.
