Born in Mugnano di Napoli (Naples – Italy) at 09/1968, and actually work in TIM how responsible of Service Operation Center project based on BIG DATA platforms that permits correlate the network information with customer to understand the Customer Experience and verify the correct response of network. The project support Marketing process and Network Process. Components used are Claudera, Big Insight how Hadoop solution, a Graph Data Base and SAS-Visual Analytics e Cognos Analytics to represent data. Technologies used in Big Data Architecture are streaming, Impala, Spark, Kafka and HbaseI’m an expert in Telecommunication Management and ICT Architecture with knowledge in fixed and mobile network. I obtained Master in “ICT and Telecommunication” (FullTime) in 1994 Master at the COREP, a consortium of Politecnico of Turin and I have worked on: standards architecture definition OSS and BSS, with participation and contribution to ITU‐T and focus on ICT System, Network Architecture Fixed (SDH, WDM, IPv4 and IPv6, IMS), Mobile (GSM, UMTS and LTE) and process.I have obtained E‐MBA_PT (Executive Master Business and Administration Part Time (2008‐2010)) of Politecnico di Milano (http://www.mip.polimi.it/), made in collaboration with CONSEL (Consorzio Elis ‐ http://master.elis.org/) in Rome with a Project Work on SMART GRID, in ACEA Company a distributed electricity utility. Scope of work Is to analyze the business transformation, technologies and the impact of ICT in the Energy Business Chain, from Upstream phase of chain value of Energy Market (extraction of Oil and Gas) to Home Network and relationships with telecommunication sector (competition vs coo petition).
