Product management is my passion. ❤️ I have led the creation and operation of Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, and other popular eID solutions in the Baltics, alongside my teams. After extensive experience in the eID sector, I've delved into the SaaS world and built the Touchpoint omnichannel customer service platform. My next journey is related to cybersecurity, helping companies to raise their employees' security awareness. In addition to long-term product management and team leadership, I also have project management experience. Increasingly, topics related to digital marketing have begun to capture my attention.My deepest professional passion lies in product management, and I am engaged in promoting best practices in the field. 🗣️I believe understanding the customer and their problems is the first step on a good product management journey. In addition to understanding the clients, I believe it is extremely important to grasp the objectives. I believe the best source of truth is experimentation and the data that results from it.I really enjoy learning and improving myself, and I have found many different ways to do this—from earning two master's degrees to taking courses, participating in KoThinker mastermind groups, reading books, and engaging with other people's LinkedIn posts.
