Managing of various projects by providing custom, full package solutions for close-tolerance temperature and humidity controlled environmental chambers. Performed diversified implementations of clean rooms application, BAS integration and, wide-range of operational requirements. Led cross-functional technical teams. • Responsible for scheduling, cost, execution, and hand-over of full package environmental chambers. • Handled multiple projects simultaneously managing to deliver projects on time and within the budget. • Established strong positive customer-client relationships with satisfying projects’ financial outcomes.

• Managing and coordinating all project site activities with a focus on HSE, QA/QC, project schedule, technical and other site-related aspects • Representing the overall project site towards external parties (customers, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors) and coordinating all respective interfaces.• Planning and executing all individual phases of the project site execution in coordination with partners, subcontractors, and suppliers. Managing overall project site execution in accordance with all relevant contract specifications, policies, standards, and project-specific procedures• Monitoring performance of suppliers and subcontractors and provides corresponding guidance and advice • Acting as the main liaison, speaker, negotiator towards suppliers and subcontractors with respect to all project site aspects.

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.• Monitor compliance to applicable standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEBB, NFPA and various client-specific standards), codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. Design documentation standards compliance control (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEBB, NFPA and various client-specific standards). • Prepare tender documentation (technical requirements and specifications) and perform technical bid evaluation. • Review engineering deliverables from sub-contractor companies and initiate appropriate corrective actions related to design solutions.• Managing the post-order process, including logistics, transport, and delivery of the equipment.• Communicate coordinate and collaborate with field supervisors to meet construction/installation requirements.• Perform overall quality control of the projects (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

Main activities and responsibilities:• Supervise the construction &erection of HVAC systems and equipment.• Conduct acceptance inquires of the equipment delivered on-site.• Executing and supporting field design modifications to meet constructability requirements. • HVAC systems commissioning including:• Testing, adjustment and balancing as per procedures recommended by international standard authorities (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEBB or various client-oriented standards). • Preparations of start-up checklists and managing of Acceptance test in compliance with industry standards and regulations.• Coordination with Fire Safety departments and involvement in FF systems commissioning as per NFPA regulation related to HVAC systems.• Preparation of punch lists, Non-Compliance Report and Technical Queries.• Perform field engineering assignments involving the development, execution, supervision, and • coordination of all technical aspects of a construction project. • Prepare and supervise of as-built documentation development and submittals. • Coordinate with 3rd party engineering companies. • Prepare records and progress reports as required. • Organize the documentation for the final project handover and report.• Cooperate, coordinate and collaborate with all relevant disciplines on-site, especially Health, Safety and Environment departments (HSE).• Performing all commissioning and erection activities under the strictest HSE regulated environment.
