• Virtually have all knowledge in all databases and systems for brokerage accounts• Required to have extensive knowledge in all investment products, client needs, client information• Providing quick and accurate help, answers, and advice to advisors and clients• Money movements and responsibility of the accuracy of those movements• Systematic/periodic contribution and distribution set ups to/from investment accounts• RMD set ups/calculations for client’s retirement brokerage accounts• Strong knowledge in Qualified and Non-Qualified brokerage accounts and each of their respective traits• Assist occasionally with general tax advice (not CPA or tax professional)• Access to confidential information which requires proper verification, archiving and disposal• Adhering to policies and procedure in identifying clients• Have thorough knowledge in legal and regulatory requirements of securities regulators at the federal and state levels• Extensive knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and JP Morgan Chase regulations and compliance
