About Uroš Mitić

I believe in personal development. The vision that leads me is the fact that people themselves do not know their potentials and resources. And it gives me an unlimited space for work and personal and professional development. My goal is to "revive" in people an enormous resource that lies within them in order to go beyond the boundaries that they have set themselves, in order to understand themselves and begin their own process of change.I am a graduate psychologist and psychotherapist supervised in the field of transactional analysis (ICTA Institute), a member of the Management Board of the Serbian Association of Transactional Analysts (SATA)I have many years of experience in counseling and therapeutic work.Fields of my interest are psychotherapy, counseling with adolescents, trainings, HR menagment, recruitment, psychological testing and interviewing of the candidate.
