I’m an experienced, business-focused professional with experience leading, managing and motivating teams and working in various aspects of Information Security, including IT audit, cyber security, security reviews, privacy, policies, standards, and compliance in a wide range of companies and entities such as financial institutions, private and public companies in both Europe and US. People know me as goal oriented, dedicated and reliable person with excellent relationship skills and negotiation abilities. I am hardworking, devoted to my work, very persistent in my actions and highly adaptable to the changing environment around me. I have a passion for mentoring and coaching younger professionals and sharing the knowledge by presenting and teaching. I started my professional career primarily as a facilitator and have kept the love for facilitation throughout my career.
