Passion for technology, experience in photo-video editing and one of my most dominant personality traits: creativity, have led me to aspire to become a web developer.I have developed websites both independently and as part of a team, during which I followed best practices in coding and design, adapting the page content based on the screen size it's displayed on. I have also added functionalities such as: manipulating form data, opening a modal window, cloud data storage, dynamic loading of page content, page routing, global state management, backend communication and website authentication.

The activity in the support department involved handling complaints received via email or phone, collecting data to identify the issue and providing a solution.The next step after receiving the complaint was to check the status of the equipment, the logs from the devices and the email server, the quality of the connection (if there were any packet losses along the route) and if necessary, request additional information or request tests to be performed by the client.
