I am the writer behind GoBiz app. GoBiz is a sister app from Gojek to help merchants to grow their business. Providing an easy order recording, various types of payments, and getting customers. I worked as a UX Writer for several client such as PeduliLindungi, Agree, MySooltan, Smart City, MyTense & MyCareer. What I did:- Write and conduct independent primary research on multiple aspects of how users experience our products including user/usability testing, journey mapping, user personas, etc.- Provide at least 2 languages (ID & ENG), except for PeduliLindungi (9 languages collaborating with KemenLu). - Develop content strategy that is backed up with research, contextual understanding on our customers, and aligned to business and product outcomes.- Craft content in multiple formats (email engagement, notification, web and mobile apps) that is aligned to brand guidelines, product context, and adheres to tech specifications.- Develop and maintain editorial style guides, tone of voice principles to ensure a cohesive voice across all products in order to establish and maintain the UX writing processes.- Liaise with engineers during copy implementation to ensure the designed copy is completed and implemented accurately.- Constantly experiment with copies and iterate based on data.
