Visiting Technical Support Representative

Worked as Visiting Technical Support Representative in SMS courier service for 7 months. When I was 13 years old, I was called by Maj Saeed, who was the head of SMS Courier Service Multan and a friend of my father. In his office, he informed me that their computers were affected by a virus and they would lose years of records if the virus was not removed immediately. They had a computer expert (in his late 20s), who had already tried but couldn't remove the virus. I responded that I could try to remove the virus using Dr. Solomon's Anti-Virus Toolkit (now McAfee), which I believed was the best AntiVirus of that time. Maj Saeed authorized that and called his computer expert to give me access to the computers. He was quite annoyed, mostly because of my age. When I ran the AntiVirus from the 1.2 MB Floppy Disk, the AntiVirus gave me an error that there was a virus in the memory (RAM) and AntiVirus couldn't proceed. Upon seeing this error the computer expert laughed at me and said "itna asan hota tu hum na kr lete" (If it was that easy, we would have done it already) and left.Based on my experience I knew a workaround, I renamed the exe which was used by Dr. Solomon to scan the virus in the memory at booting, so that this process could be skipped and I ran Dr. Solomon again, it scanned the whole HDD and removed the virus from all files, after that I restarted the PC, renamed the file back and ran Dr. Solomon again, it worked perfectly because there was no virus left in the memory, all virus infected files were already cleaned. After doing that I came back to Maj Saeed's office, the computer expert guy was also there, i informed him that the virus had been removed and the computer expect stood up in amazement and left to check if I was speaking the truth. Maj Saeed was happy and congratulated me.He hired me and for 7 months I worked as Visiting Technical Support Representative, which i proudly mention in my CV.
