With 15 years in fitness industry I have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with 1:1 clients and group fitness.I am a Personal Trainer, Yoga teacher and Pilates instructor and my training addresses the whole person, not just their physical fitness. As a certified ante and post natal specialist and peri menopause, menopause trained I specialise in womens fitness training. I am a certified exercise referral and older adult fitness specialist with many years of experience working with more specific types of training involving injury recovery as well as post natal fitness. Years of experience in working with clients in fitness industry lead to a natural progression as a tutor and assessor delivering fitness qualification. I lead, support and assess learners throughout their qualifications. It is very rewarding to see learners achieving their goals.
