Key Responsibilities:- I have managed the operational aspects of IAM Infra, working with users to provide access to different entitlements and accounts to support their roles within the Cyber Security Unit.- During my time with SECOP's team, I had the opportunity to lead mandatory training for CIS INDIA. This involved creating a weekly report to share with CIS leaders, connecting with regional SPOCs to provide updates on the mandatory training, and following up with employees who had yet to complete the training on a daily basis to ensure they were up to date. Through this experience, I was able to gain valuable skills in project management and communication.- I generated weekly reports (Excel & Power BI Dashboards) for different regions by filtering data and shared them with the assigned SPOCs. Working together with my team and the SPOCs, we achieved over 98%+ compliance for mandatory training across more than 16,000 employees.- As a member of the team responsible for developing educational materials for the SOCXO platform, I contributed to the creation of several guides. Specifically, I helped create the SOCXO Administrator guide, as well as guides for advocates on both the mobile and web versions of the platform.- Created a video entry for the "Reaching for the Stars" 2021 competition, and I'm proud to say that our video was shortlisted for consideration.
