 Responsible for all kinds of technical and non technical Recruitments and Selections from Bottom to Middle Management level positions with the help of advertisement, walk-ins, placement consultants, job site, references and recruitment fairs at employment exchange and colleges campus. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads for plant locations & conducting selection process Coordinated and conducted campus and off campus interviews various colleges. Interacting with District Employment exchanges, Village Panchayat, DRDO & various NGO’s to fulfill manpower gaps. Arranging induction and training program for all new joiners as per company norms and also completed documentation process as per company policy at the time of joining. Ensuring Human Resources compliances as per the company policy at the plant level. Managing end to end recruitment process for employees and production staff at the plant as per business requirements. Meeting with all functional heads to ensure smooth HR operation and support to business requirements on day to day basis. Preparing offer letter and appointment letters for new employees. Actively engaged in entry of new employees in the company getting their joining formalities completed. Ensure timely compliances of all statutory requirements under various labor laws at the plant. Effectively managing welfare measures, employee get together, team building activities etc. to enhance motivation levels and productivity. Support in deploying Team based work system. Responsible for handling contractors and contract labours Implement disciplinary standards for minimizing violations of rules & regulations.Attend interpersonal issues arising at work place & initiate motivational activities.
