• In charge of all sales & marketing budgets and activities involving IT products from ASUS, Lenovo, HP and XGIMI on the following e-commerce platforms: Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop, iShopChangi – as well as own website: onsmart.sg.• Create, run, monitor and evaluate marketing programs to achieve monthly sales target in close liaison with various stakeholders, including: ASUS, Lenovo, Atome, Grab / GrabPay and FavePay.• Liaise and negotiate with Account Managers from each e-commerce platform to maximize marketing assets and exposures.• Monitor the back-end operations of ShopLine.• Develop and implement digital marketing strategy (Google and META) and social media activities.• Manage corporate clients from post to pre-sales (including telesales lead gen) for Smart Office solutions.

• In charge of the overall e-commerce sales & marketing performance and marketing operations of the following brands: Stanley Black & Decker, Dewalt, Kokita, GAGA and Inul Beauty.• Develop and implement monthly marketing campaign by working closely with the AMs of e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, JD.ID, Lazada and Blibli to achieve monthly sales target.• Conduct monthly meeting with principals to discuss about results and next action plans.• Maintain healthy inventory level – flush out aging stocks and create purchase orders when required.

• Manage and monitor the operations and fulfilment of device-renewal projects, such as printer and laptop replacements at private sector offices – according to the signed contracts.• Maintain and monitor stock level that is used for project fulfilment, perform purchases from directed suppliers when required. Followed by monthly revenue reporting to relevant stakeholders.

• Trainee program covering the front office, housekeeping and food & beverage (restaurant – cold kitchen and hot kitchen) department of the hotel. Ensure each guest receives quality service and F&B outputs in accordance with the HACCP standard.• Learn and adapt to the French culture, along with its incorporation to hospitality management practices.

• Assist the Deputy Dean of School of Hospitality & Tourism in various post-graduate projects, including launch of a new course program (Masters in Food Studies); research paper publications (Global Leader Attributes); and the preparation of post-grad global conferences, seminars and events.• Become the School of Hospitality’s spokesperson for events involving Ministry of Tourism Malaysia and University of Manchester UK.

• Develop club promotional activities.• Develop climate surveys for club members.• Design brochures and posters of current promotion.• Take part on the manager on duty rotation.• Write articles for the quarterly newsletter.
