Core role: Plan and follow up on deliveries of PLT tires in the national territory.Activities:• Plan all PLT deliveries for different states in Brazil.• Manage and follow up deliveries, finding creative solutions for delays or issues.• Follow-up payment for outsourced companies.• Report daily to management.Achievements:PLT tires delivered on the deadline, customer loyalty.

Core Role: Coach and help students find their dream jobs and support the Recruitment Manager in finding the right talent for partnered businesses.Activities:• Assisting the HR Manager in recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, advertising roles, CV screens, interviews, develop candidate profiles.• Interview candidates • Offering CV, interview, and general career advice.• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.• Developing training and programs.Achievements:Successful and commendable feedback from referred employees of partnered companies.

Core Role: Support the principal in required activities.Activities:• Responsible for hiring and partnering with different departments (sales, reception and education) on the training and development of new employees.• Oversee and help implement a financial recovery strategy alongside lawyers.• Organizing events and meetings.• Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
