As Area Manager of Central & South Spain, I am in duty of the general management and overall responsibilities of the Madrid’s & Malaga’s office and its employees. Lease directly with team on a daily issues including HR (staff review and growth plans). In addition I take good care of all client program operations and key account management. Role Includes:- Execute, coordinate and oversee various operations. Manage general requests coming in & going out, coordinating workload and distribution with the offices – weekly meetings with team.- Increase market share through regular sales actions (Including international roadtrips, tradefairs, famtrips).- Client Relationship Management, including complex problem solving team members may encounter.- Quote and operate more complex events. General Event management duties (including site inspections, invoicing etc...).- Maintain a continue high level of competence with respect to the organisation’s products, services and prices to allow for professional selling.- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to my team.- Negotiation with suppliers in order to keep budget and to make sure quality standards are meet.
