My focus is on change management, culture and behaviour.I developed and delivered a program to convert organizational strategic goals into practical KPIs that can be monitored on a regular basis to ensure delivery of the strategy. We worked with 96 managers & team leaders in Operations and Maintenance and developed tools and routines to regularly review performance and take appropriate action. Through this program, the sense of accountability has improved as well as team work. This was delivered at one of the largest growing businesses in the Middle East refining and petrochemical industry where the head of Opex said "this program will become the backbone of our company". We have engaged with this client to extend the program to coach another 120 people in 2021
