I started my career at Spike Lee’s 40 Acres and a Mule Filmworks. I worked on films and commercials and became his executive assistant during a pivotal time in the company's history. I learned how to manage a variety of personalities and how to run a thriving office.I took my experience from 40 Acres and began working in the television industry at Viacom. I worked at VH1, BET, and Comedy Central, but my time at MTV was at a pivotal period in which a crew of talented creatives produced events, promos, and shows like TRL and Behind the Music, along with Tentpole shows like the VMAs and the MTV awards. I worked strategically with integrated teams to set up and manage production logistics while hiring union and non union crews, onboarding freelance employees, and wrapping projects on time and on budget. I took this expertise and love of working with creative teams into Project Management. At A&E Networks and Vayner, I led in-house creative teams through complex challenges while successfully executing some of the most influential campaigns for top Fortune 500 companies.
