I have been working with International Organizations, Governments, United Nations and NGOs, mostly related to projects in Latin America; working from Chile, Brazil, Ecuador and Panama (countries where I have lived in).I have 2 master’ degrees, in Social Sciences and international cooperation.My thematic expertise is linked to children, humanitarian affairs, gender, diversity and inclusion and sustainability.For the past 8 years, I have held regional positions based in the Latin America and the Caribbean regional offices in Panama, in charge of partnership engagement, programme coordination, grant management/ donor compliance and portfolio planning.I have been working with country offices for at least 10 years, reviewing different planning processes and financial portfolios in order to improve their engagement strategies and match in the short and medium-term, current programmatic priorities with potential partners. I have specific expertise in engaging g with the private sector toward shared value partnerships, SDGs, and sustainability. I have excellent written and oral communication skills and proven experience as a manager. I speak the 4 languages the region uses and I’m currently based in Panama.
