I enjoy finding the resolution to a customer's problem. I believe some vital key attributes of a good problem solver are persistence, intelligence, and empathy. Persistence is crucial to remain motivated to work through challenges. Intelligence is necessary to make smart, informed choices and decisions. Empathy, on the other hand, requires you to maintain positive relationships with others both personally and professionally. My focus is always to deliver on key outcomes, build amazing relationships and adapt to new learnings. As a leader, I have a clear vision of how my passion is tied to my purpose. What makes a great leader is not his or her title, but the integrity and character of an individual. I pride myself to serve passionately and ensure that I fulfill the need of others with respect, trust and excellence.I have enjoyed several positions throughout my career in product management, product marketing, sales, and strategy. My personal and professional experiences have taught me how much I love to win, but most importantly, see others win. I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person and constantly learning in making high quality decisions.
