Over 10 years ago, I started the journey that would lead Fastdezine to become the startup it is today. Fastdezine is ranked as the Brazilian company with the Best Organizational Model for Internationalization; It holds the top position in International Value Creation, among startups, small companies and led by female entrepreneurs, according to the Fundação Dom Cabral ranking.It all started while working as the Regional and International Director for the Allegra/Signs Now group. There I noticed that design was a major bottleneck for North American Sign and Printing Companies. Even though Fastdezine was originally created to serve these companies, it was also clear that marketing departments and advertising agencies needed help with their production capacity or expertise. And Fastdezine's solution could fit this gap!Using my background in Design, Visual Communication, and Business, as well as contacts I made while working in Brazilian companies such as Globo and Instituto Salesiano, I developed pilot projects in the United States with Brazilian designers, achieving great success!Fastdezine already combined 100% remote work in 2012, when this reality was still far from being mainstream. I had no idea what an MVP was, let alone a startup, but what drew me in was the belief that a scalable solution to this problem was possible.At Fastdezine, I consolidate decades of experience. I am a multilingual professional with international know-how in operations, human development, business development, international expansion and sales growth.I could have stayed on the same successful career path. And yet, I decided to leave my job as a director in a multinational company because I am driven by challenges. When I founded Fastdezine, I learned how to make an impact on the market and people's lives. Over the years, others have joined me, helping Fastdezine grow.
