Revolutionizing the way digital banking is done at TD. Mrs. Golas is responsible for a $100MM program that will transform and replace the existing retail internet banking and small business internet banking platforms for TD America's Most Convenient Bank. She is responsible for developing and delivering transformational Omni initiatives, while identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies across borders and channels.

Mrs. Golas is currently responsible for a $7.58MM online portfolio in DCTS. She is the application owner of MBNA Secure and MBNA Sales Sites and CUETS Sales, CUETS CUBS and CUETS Secure Site. Mrs. Golas is leading the on-going enhancement of these applications, including plans to bring them into the mobile space, to become leading platforms in the cards industry.

In 2014, Mrs. Golas managed a portfolio of approximately $19MM for DCTS. During the MBNA conversion weekend, she successfully launched the 7 DCTS applications that were under her management into production flawlessly. These applications included: Online Secure, Sales & Public (launched earlier in Oct 2013), along with Phone Channel's Agent Desktop, IVR, BDSS and reporting tool platforms (BIX and NicePM). In addition to the integration program, she kicked off the development on the Public and Sales platforms for CUETS and had the opportunity to build a high performing team of full time employees.

Feb 2012 – August 2012 :: Senior Program Delivery Manager responsible for a $33MM online portfolio for a Canadian financial institution. As a result of an acquisition, her client required a bank to be built from scratch. Mrs. Golas was responsible for building the project teams that successfully delivered three custom online sites: Secure, Sales and Public. Each site involved complex system integration with all new back end systems that were being built simultaneously. Oct 2010 – Oct 2011 :: Senior Delivery & Development Project Manager responsible for the successful recovery of a $48MM online sales and onboarding platform for a Canadian financial institution. This application integrated with almost every system in the bank. She managed 9 work streams with 80+FTE's in 4 different geographical locations. Mrs. Golas was brought in to assess, restructure and deliver, leveraging software development best practices.April 2009 – Oct 2010 :: Senior Delivery & Development Project Manager responsible for the recovery of a $17MM point of sale (POS) system for a large Canadian retailer. Mrs. Golas was responsible for leading and managing the end to end delivery of seven IBM project teams, with 49 IBMers, as well as two third-party ISVs in 4 different geographical locations. Mrs. Golas was successful in improving the less than stellar client relationship, regaining and rebuilding the trust and confidence in the project team, to deliver on all major milestones on time, on budget.Jan 2007 - March 2009 :: IBM Canada Delivery Excellence Team. Mrs. Golas provided consulting and enablement services to troubled project teams at IBM. She specialized in consulting and coaching teams on using best practices from Project Management and software development to turn around projects. She conducted Method Adoption Workshops, created and conducted Tool Adoption Workshops and consulted on Global Delivery practices for large complex projects/programs across IBM Canada.

Ms Bagnell managed testing, debuged code, created online help (Robo-Help) and assisted in training and roll out of a custom build sales application where the sales representatives could perform end to end sales, print out of contracts and uploading of leads to mainframes w/o setting foot into an office. In her spare time she did a lot of marketing on the advantages of the internet and how Union Gas could leverage the internet as a marketing and sales channel.
