My purpose and approach is always centred around encouraging team members to gain experiences and develop themselves to achieve things they never thought they could. Seeing others grow is why I’m here.My passion for Food and for People fit so well with my new chapter at Compass Group, a business where the passion for food is palpable in the energetic and dedicated team of almost 4000 employees in New Zealand and beyond.
