Responsible for co ordinating the sales and operations planning process for the Petcare business in the U.K., liaising with sales, marketing, finance and supply logistics teams to meet customer demands for all Petcare products.Presented forecast outlooks on a monthly basis to the leadership team and took actions and facilitated discussions with supply in order to meet this demand. Project managed the closure of one of our distribution centres and migration from 3 to 2 finished goods warehouses.
