As an Industrial Officer, I have a strong commitment to social justice and unionism with a desire to help build a fair and inclusive public education system for all Victorian students and staff. I enjoy advocating on collective issues, such as better pay, for educators and assisting individual members working in government schools, early childhood, TAFE and the disability sector navigate complex employment law matters.Through my experience as a Senior litigation lawyer, I developed a specialised practice litigating claims for workers through Courts and Tribunals.My practice experience includes technical knowledge of Employment, Workers' Compensation and OH&S legislation and case law. Staying informed and reporting on current industrial relations issues is a key part of my role.
